The Liverpool Children's festival takes place in the Museum District of the
city centre around William Brown Street. The Heritage Site is a great location for
the Event as it is central and attracts people from all over the city.

There is something for everyone at National
Museums Liverpool. In the City Centre you can enjoy the Walker Art Gallery, one
of the finest Art Galleries in Europe and the new World museum Liverpool with
lots of interactive hands-on fun.
"The World Museum is fun and gives you lots of information.
There is always lots of interactive stuff to do and it's a great place for us
to have some of the Festival Activities." (Imani, 14)
"The horseshoe gallery in the World museum is a great space for practitioners
at the Children's Festival as it is big enough for activities to run alongside
one another and for everyone to get involved in the whole event. It is a very
light and inspiring space to work in."(Stephanie Davies, Laughology- Creative
director)

Central Library aims to inspire, inform and entertain.
"It's a good place to check your e-mails and use the computers as well as getting books. The Picton room is amazing….
like something out of Harry Potter."
(Paul, age 17)
